Missed Delivery Policy
To ensure prompt and efficient delivery for all of our members, we kindly ask that you be available and ready to receive your order once our delivery driver arrives at your location. Your delivery window begins as soon as our driver has notified you of their arrival, and you will have five minutes to complete your delivery. If we are unable to reach you within this timeframe, we may have to move on to our next delivery, and your order will be subject to a $5 re-delivery fee.
In the event that you need to reschedule your delivery after our driver is already en route to your location, we also reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee. However, we will always do our best to contact you via phone, text, or any other means necessary to complete your delivery before moving on.
To track your delivery, you can check the "order submitted" page on our website or use the live GPS tracking link that we send via SMS when our driver is on their way. And please make sure to keep your phone nearby during your delivery window to avoid missing us.
