We take pride in our products and service, and your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. In the rare event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Simply contact us at [email protected] a return request and our dedicated team will work with you to ensure your experience with us is a positive one.

Defective Products:

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a defective product, simply fill out our product exchange form or let us know within 24 hours of purchase and we'll come right back out to exchange it for you, free of charge.

If you notify us of a defective product more than 24 hours but no later than 30 days after purchase, we'll still happily exchange it. However, we ask that you place a new order. Please note that all defective products must be replaced with the same brand/type of product.

If our 30-day window has elapsed but you would still like to return your defective item, no worries! We understand. You'll need to reach out to the manufacturer to obtain a return authorization. Once we receive it, we'll gladly exchange your product(s) with your next order.

Non-Defective Products:

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, simply let us know within 24 hours of purchase and no later than 30 days, and we'll gladly exchange it for you on your next order. The product must be in new condition and have unbroken seals. Just fill out our product exchange form, and we'll take care of the rest!

Free, Promotional and Giveaway Products:

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for any free, promotional, or giveaway products, regardless of their condition. We hope you understand that these products are offered as an additional benefit to our valued customers and are provided as-is. However, if you have any concerns about the quality or safety of a promotional product, please let us know so we can address the issue appropriately.

Vaporizers and Cartridges:

To ensure your satisfaction with our vape products, we encourage you to test them upon arrival as they tend to have a higher rate of issues than other products.
